Mismatched Medallion Ear Clips

These solid gold mismatched earrings are delightfully unusual. Inspired by the familial shields seen on ancient buildings in Italy, these medallions feature a pomegranate and an artichoke (classic symbols of hospitality, and the former is the root word for the designer’s last name!), both painstakingly carved by hand each time to have a weathered, ancient feel while maintaining crisp detail. The artichoke is surrounded by a ribbon frame. Sits flatteringly high on the earlobe in the classic fashion. Custom made by hand each time with room for seven letters/digits/spaces. Each set will have slight differences due to the “from scratch” nature of the piece. Please allow four weeks. 18k yellow gold.
